Payments

Your visitors pay the way they prefer, and your staff handles every payment in one system.

Cineville

Cineville are essential for any ticketing system in the Netherlands, so we carefully crafted our support for both. Visitors can use them easily when they buy tickets online, and staff can process them quickly at the box office. We're happy to show you how it works in a demo.

Your choice of payment methods

Tricket is integrated with a leading Dutch payment provider, so you can offer a wide range of payment methods, including iDEAL | Wero, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Visitors can pay with the method they already know, which makes buying a ticket quick and familiar.

Payment terminal integration

At the box office, staff start a PIN or card payment with one click. Tricket sends the amount straight to the terminal, so nobody has to type it in. This prevents mistakes and keeps the queue moving, especially in the minutes before a screening starts.

Visitor credit

Visitors can build up credit in two ways: by loading it in advance, or by receiving a refund as credit, for example when a screening is cancelled. They can use it to pay for future tickets, which makes checkout faster and keeps the money within your cinema.

Split payments

Staff can split one order across any of the payment methods you offer, so every visitor can pay the way they prefer. A gift card, PIN and cash in the same order? No problem.

All payments in one place

Tricket processes online and PIN payments through the same payment provider, so they all appear together in one dashboard. You see exactly what came in and can analyze it right away, without combining data from different sources.
